Five integrated units are to be set up in the park with state-of-the-art machinery and the latest technology. A ginning unit may be added based on the need of the hour.

Sixty thousand spindles are planned in the initial phase, taking combined capacity to 120,000 spindles.

Spinning is the stage of textile manufacturing where fibre is drawn, twisted and converted into yarn, which then goes on to become fabric and finished textiles. The park plans 60,000 spindles in its first phase, taking combined promoter capacity beyond 120,000 spindles.

Weaving

Weaving

Airjet and rapier looms, single and double width.

Weaving interlaces two distinct sets of yarn at right angles to form fabric. Five integrated units are to be set up in the park with state-of-the-art machinery, offering complete weaving solutions that incorporate both sizing and weaving.

Knitting

Knitting

Consecutive rows of interlocking loops.

Knitting creates multiple loops of yarn — called stitches — in a line or tube, with several active stitches held on the needle at once. The resulting fabric feeds directly into the park’s garmenting units.

Sizing

Protecting the warp before it reaches the loom.

Sizing applies a protective filler or glaze to yarn so that it withstands the mechanical stress of high-speed weaving. Two dedicated warping and sizing units are planned alongside the weaving sheds.

Forward integration, from fabric to finished garment.

The garment industry has carved out a niche in global markets on the strength of durability, quality and finish. Housing designers, manufacturers and exporters within the park shortens turnaround time and makes delivery schedules reliable.

Solar Power

Solar Power

A captive plant to keep the park self-sufficient.

A 2.5 MW solar plant is planned for captive consumption within the park. Together with the internal transmission and distribution network, it insulates member units from grid variability and keeps running costs predictable.
