Land utilisation

How the site is used

More than half the campus is set aside for industrial plots, with the balance carrying the roads, utilities, amenities and green cover that serve them.

Land utilisation in the park
Component Area (acres) % of area
Industrial plots 27.00 53.6%
Roads 4.85 9.4%
Common infrastructure (utilities) 11.83 23.0%
Common amenities 1.87 3.6%
Open / green space & water bodies 5.29 10.3%
Total 50.84 100.0%

Plots ready for member units

Twenty-seven acres — 53.6% of the park — are demarcated as industrial plots. Member units take possession of a serviced plot with roads, drainage, water, power and telecom already brought to the boundary.

A further 11.83 acres carry the common infrastructure that makes those plots usable: the substation and distribution network, water supply, sewerage, storm water drains and the fire fighting network.
