Levelled and secured site with a controlled single point of entry.
Internal roads
Bituminous and RCC roads sized for container and truck movement.
Storm water drainage
RCC storm water drains with a rainwater harvesting system.
Water supply system
Distribution network reaching every industrial plot.
Sewerage conveyance
Underground sewerage lines with manholes across the campus.
Fire fighting network
Dedicated fire mains running alongside the water supply.
Electrical transmission and distribution
Own substation and internal distribution, including solar.
Street lighting
Single and double arm luminaires on poles along all internal roads.
Telecommunications
Ducting and connectivity provisioned for member units.
Landscaping
Green cover and water bodies across 5.29 acres of the park.

Power
2.5 MW of captive solar
The park will have a 2.5 MW solar plant for captive purposes. This helps the park become self-sufficient in its operations and keeps energy costs predictable for the units inside it.
Solar generation sits alongside the park’s own substation and internal transmission and distribution network, which together carry power to every plot.
